How do I work with Sorelle Digital?

We work remotely and don't ever need to set foot in your office! We undertake all the tasks you require online including training and meetings which can be done via Skype. 

 

For local businesses, we can arrange face to face catchups at local coffee shops or your office to discuss work or complete training. Otherwise, we are free for conversations via email and phone whenever required in business hours.

 

Depending on the work we are taking part in for you we will communicate with you and share files through email and use applications such as Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, Skype and Google Chats. 

 

If we are working on tasks that require access to your particular software or programs we will require login and passwords to these systems and they must be internet based applications. We are happy to sign a confidentiality agreement if required to complete your tasks. 

How do we hire Sorelle Digital?
  • You make an enquiry by our enquiry form, phone or email.

  • You will be contacted to make a time for a free consultation to discuss your needs so an accurate quote and working agreement can be created. 

  • Once both parties are happy with the quote and working agreement a deep dive session is scheduled to discuss your business and needs in great detail including how we will work together.

  • A 50% deposit is required for project work and for reoccurring work the first weeks' payment is required upfront before work can commence.

  • The work is completed before the deadline or on a regular basis. 

  • For work completed on a regular basis a reoccurring meeting will be established to discuss ongoing tasks and ensure both parties are happy with the services that are being delivered. 

  • Once work is completed and the client is happy the final remaining amount is invoiced. For work completed on a regular basis, work is invoiced on the 1st of each month for the previous month. 

 

What does Sorelle Digital need to know?

Initially, we need to know:

  • Your details and your business details if required including website and social media information.

  • The tasks or project you need us to complete.

  • The timeframe you need these completed in.

  • If it is tasks that are already completed by you or one of your staff how long it takes to complete.

 

Once we know this information and work commences we will arrange a meeting to find out more information about you, your company along with any information and passwords that may be required to complete tasks.
